The HOBAN story

Lynne Hoban Personnel began in 1965 and was one of the first agencies in Melbourne to specialise in temporary staff recruitment. Lynne was well known for the high level of care she provided her job seekers and soon acquired an unparalleled reputation for having the best temps, with an impressive client base.

Lynne sold the business around 20 years ago, but the business carrying her name lives on and grows from strength to strength. With continued growth, HOBAN Recruitment has expanded to include a national network of branches providing recruitment services across Australia.

The Wendy Rae story

Originally established as Wendy Rae & Associates in 1993, Wendy Rae Recruitment became a part of the HOBAN Recruitment Group in December 2005 following the retirement of founder and former principal Wendy Rae, who was renowned for her strong service principles and ethical approach to business.

Due to its synergies and complimentary style, Wendy Rae Recruitment has now successfully integrated into the HOBAN business.
