Our client located in the western suburbs has been established for over 50 years in Australia and is held in very high regard amongst professional trade's people, designers and architects. As their Receptionist/Administrator you will be the face of the company. Your duties will involve managing a busy switchboard, meeting and greeting clients, and some general administration duties.
To be considered for this role you will need:
Excellent telephone/communication skills
Previous Recpetion/Admin experience
Time management skills
Intermediate Skills on W4W and Outlook
Experience on a Mitel Unifided Communicator Advance Concole.
Excellent problem solving skills
