HOBAN are currently seeking a motivated individual for a Full Time Permanent position in Redbank for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:

• Be trained to lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees in a warehouse environment
• Ensure KPIs and targets are consistently met
• Oversee daily warehouse operations within the team
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Provide training and support to team members
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Skills and Requirements:

• Available: Monday to Friday 9:54am - 6pm
• Experience: Leading a team in a similar environment and size
• RF Scanner Knowledge: Beneficial.
• Flexibility: Work as a team to complete tasks.
• Positivity: Create an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Clear Police Check: Required before commencement.
• Warehouse Management System Understanding: Particularly Manhattan (beneficial but not essential).
• Attention to Detail: Essential.
• Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Prior exposure.
• Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety.
• Full Working Rights: Must have unrestricted work rights.
