• Hours: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: Star Casino, Queens Wharf

About the role

As an Usher, you will:

• Welcome and guide patrons around the premises at the new Queens Wharf Casino
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
• Provide clear directions and assist guests with inquiries.
• Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Appearance: You'll need to be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confidently interact with guests and provide helpful assistance.
• Positive Attitude: A proactive and customer-focused approach to your role.
• Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to all shifts during the event.
• Must have Australian Working Rights, open to student visa holders.

Uniform Requirements

To ensure a polished and professional look, all ushers must supply and wear:

• Comfortable closed-in black shoes.
• Black office trousers.
• Black polo shirt or office shirt.
