Technical Support Specialist (MDM Experience)

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing exceptional support and troubleshooting technical issues? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Technical Support Specialists, with a particular focus on candidates with MDM (Mobile Device Management) experience. Fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English is required, along with a strong technical background in IT.
Language Requirements: Open to candidates proficient in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and English
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to users in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English, depending on language proficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM (Mobile Device Management) technologies, including VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
Assist with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MDM solutions to manage mobile devices efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on MDM technologies such as VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
Strong communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English, both verbal and written.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
