About the role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse facility in Wacol, Brisbane. Your primary responsibility will be logistics administration, managing documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Depending on workload, you may also provide occasional support to warehouse operations.
- Handle logistics administration tasks, including managing documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using our warehouse management system.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating logistics activities to optimise efficiency and minimise delays.
- Provide occasional support to warehouse operations, such as assisting with inventory counts or organising storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

About You
To thrive in the Project Development and Governance Lead, you will need:
- Previous experience in logistics administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to occasionally assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is an advantage.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and police check.
