About the Role:
- Prioritise and manage workflow efficiently within the team structure.
- Undertake procedural, clerical, and administrative support tasks.
- Engage in basic research and analysis activities as required.
- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, offering clear and concise advice when necessary.
- Manage participant matters in accordance with the relevant Act.
- Provide reception support, handling inquiries both in person and online.
- Resolve customer queries and direct them to appropriate services.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure accessibility for participants.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle data entry tasks.
- Record feedback and complaints within Business systems.

- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to resolving queries effectively.
- Capacity for research and analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
