Are you a seasoned Change Manager looking for a meaningful role? SA Government is seeking a Change Manager in a temporary role to support a critical operational reform project for an initial 12-month period, with potential for extension.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the transition away from the outdated system used across SA Government Agencies for the past 30 years. You'll spearhead the implementation of a new, contemporary system and best practice processes, impacting activities across agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change impact identification.
- Support transition to and adoption of the new system and processes.
- Manage a team to execute change adoption strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and communication initiatives.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in change management practices and project methodologies.

This is a full time role, but part time hours may be considered.
