High Volume 360 RPO Solution
Background problem: HOBAN Recruitment was appointed by a national agency focused on improving health outcomes for Australians. The agency went through major structural changes and required the assistance of volume recruitment services to fill the talent gaps. Having consulted with the client, HOBAN Recruitment deployed a high-volume recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution with individualised recruitment services across all areas of the agency. The solution included sourcing, screening applying cognitive testing and moving candidates through HOBAN Recruitment managed assessment centres.
Outcome: Each step of the recruitment process was tailor-made for the client and proved to be successful for recruiting candidates. HOBAN Recruitment had been successful in filling over 800 unique roles for the government agency.
Volume Healthcare Recruitment
Background problem: HOBAN Recruitment was appointed by a state government department to support their response to COVID-19. The Department was finding it hard to source enough staff to deliver a large scale and time-sensitive public health response. Having consulted with the client to understand the requirements of the position, HOBAN Recruitment deployed a volume staffing solution with a tailored attraction campaign that used several different attraction mediums, including our extensive database and networks of contacts, as well as branded social media.
Outcome: HOBAN Recruitment was able to deliver over 1,500 screened, qualified and onboarded staff to successfully contribute to the public health response. The high calibre of candidates at the interview resulted in all placements being filled and a talent pool created for future requirements.
