Join HOBAN Recruitment in sourcing top talent for a prestigious client based in DEAKIN ACT. We are currently seeking an experienced APS 6 Level ICT Workforce Coordinator to support our client's Business Management Team.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support, managing emails, meetings, and business documents.
- Coordinate, monitor, and collate data for workforce planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policy frameworks, and procedures.
- Resolve problems efficiently, identifying alternative courses of action.
- Offer advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in recruitment and procurement.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
- Provide support to team members during peak periods or scheduled leave.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Director.

About You:
- Demonstrated ability in complex recruitment advice and reporting.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legislative, financial, recruitment, and administrative frameworks.
- Experience in providing high-level advice on operational and business management activities.
