HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of EL2 Level Targeted Research and Strategic Evaluation (Labour Hire) on behalf of our client. This pivotal role is located in Deakin ACT, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to evidence-based decision making within our client's scheme.
About the Role:
- Take charge of high-level, complex projects driving quality outcomes across our client's agency functions.
- Exercise significant independence, utilising advanced decision-making and judgement skills.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for our client's interests in various forums.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams conducting rigorous mixed methods research and evaluations.
- Develop and oversee program logic models, theory of change, and evaluation frameworks.
- Spearhead innovative approaches to utilise both existing and new data for measuring client outcomes.
- Foster strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders for designing and executing evaluation projects.
- Prepare high-quality written evaluation findings, including business cases and parliamentary briefs.
- Cultivate a culture of evaluative thinking across the agency, enhancing organisational capacity for evaluations.

- Proven experience in managing complex research and evaluation projects
