We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Advice and Design Consultant to contribute to the dynamic team at one of Australia's leading organisations in the disability sector.
About the Role:
As the EL1 Assistant Director Clinical Advice and Design (Labour Hire), you will play a pivotal role in the Policy, Evidence and Practice Leadership Division.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our client's policies, practices, and priorities are grounded in reliable evidence, facilitating evidence-based decision-making processes. This is a rare chance to engage in very complex problem-solving and issues management, delivering high-quality outcomes within the research and evaluations functions of the Client.
Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and conducting workshops and events with key stakeholders.
- Utilising co-design methods to develop assessments and surveys.
- Creating stakeholder communication plans to support engagement activities.
- Crafting clear and concise reports communicating research findings.
- Providing evidence-informed advice for policy and guidance development.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and advisory panels to deliver strategic directions.
