HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dedicated APS4 Level Complaints Officer on behalf of our esteemed client, located in Charlestown NSW. You'll play a pivotal role in our client's Internal Reviews and Complaints Branch, facilitating the handling and resolution of complaints within the Agency.

About the Role
As an APS4 Complaints Officer, you'll be an integral part of our client's Complaints and Participant Incidents Team, tasked with managing complaints received by the Agency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of complaints, from resolution at point of entry to assessment, recording, and referral as necessary.
- Liaising with stakeholders to confirm receipt of complaints and gather essential information.
- Ensuring complaints are escalated in accordance with established Agency processes.
- Contributing to accurate record-keeping activities within the team.
- Assisting in coordinating correspondence, briefing, and reporting functions for the branch.

Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role.
