APS 4 Level Executive Assistant

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled APS 4 Level Executive Assistant for our esteemed client located in Surry Hills Sydney.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our client's team, supporting their mission to build a world-leading Scheme.
About the Role:
- Accountable for moderately complex activities and tasks within established procedures and guidance.
- Involves considerable contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team membership position working within defined parameters.
- Applying well-established policy, principles, practices, and procedures to achieve outcomes supporting Client objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing operational and administrative tasks of moderate complexity.
- Diary and email management, adeptly responding to changing priorities and timeframes.
- Preparing replies to correspondence, briefing material, and handling confidential papers.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing documentation for committees and projects.
- Conducting research and investigations as requested.
- Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements, and official functions.
- Providing high-level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the Agency.

About You:
- Proven experience in executive assistance or similar roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role.
