About the Role:
As the APS6 Level Case Management, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, tasked with resolving complex issues and risks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and decision-making for team membership.
- Offering detailed technical, professional, and policy support.
- Coordinating strategic planning and project management.
- Undertaking end-to-end case management activities.
- Resolving matters through AAT applications and alternate dispute resolution.
- Preparing documents and attending case conferences and hearings.

About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in case management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Advocacy skills and familiarity with alternate dispute resolution methods.
