A global leader in industrial equipment auctions and asset management is seeking a proactive Yard Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their Pinkenba yard. This role offers an immediate start, consistent weekday hours, and the chance to support high-value equipment auctions that connect buyers across the globe.

- Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle and equipment movement within the yard to support seamless auction operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with transport providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure all assets are accurately processed, detailed, and ready for auction.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicle and equipment traffic, including tow truck check-in and departure.
- Perform vehicle check-ins, condition appraisals, and photography.
- Load and unload vehicles, operate material handling equipment, and support auction preparations.
- Conduct basic detailing of vehicles and equipment to enhance presentation.
- Manage vehicle keys, plates, and essential documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies and verify asset information.
- Assist transport providers and customers with on-site inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates to site leadership.
- Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid Driver's Licence is required.
Desirable
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
