Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Love helping others and being part of something meaningful? We're looking for motivated and friendly Student Customer Service Officers to join a dynamic university team in Hawthorn on a casual basis!
Position Type: Casual (Minimum 3 days per week)
Location: Hawthorn (University Campus)
Pay Rate: $38.41 per hour + super
Training Starts: Monday 30th June
Role Ends: 15th August

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver top-notch customer service via face-to-face, phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Support student and library services: enrolments, ID cards, payments, equipment bookings, and more.
- Maintain accurate student records, ensure government compliance, and assist with applications.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to exciting projects when required.
You'll Need To Have:
- A relevant diploma/certificate qualification with experience in customer service or admin.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Sound computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person assessment centre at HOBAN's CBD office on Monday 23rd June.
