Position Objective:
Collaborate with fellow Educators * Teachers to deliver an enriching Kindergarten program that meets individual and group needs, aligning with the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a high-quality program in accordance with NQF, National Law, Regulations, and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
- Create a warm, inclusive environment, fostering positive partnerships with families.
- Support the participation of all children, including those with additional needs.
- Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community.
- Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten environment for safety and well-being.
- Support individual progress and development, providing information and support to parents.
- Understanding of NQF, National Law, Regulations, and Quality Standards.
- Management skills to prioritise, plan, and organise work efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills to foster positive communication with team members and the community.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's in early childhood education or Post Graduate Diploma (Should be graduated).
- Current VIT Card.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF.
- Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs.
- Working with Children's Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Current CPR, Mandatory Child Protection Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
- Recent Police check - within the last 6 months.
- Current Driver's License (desirable).
Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Diploma in Children's Services.
- Should be qualified and hold a certificate. Please note: Applicants pursuing aren't eligible.
- Sound knowledge of NQF, National Law, Regulations, and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in delivering high-quality early years educational programs.
- VIT Card, Working with Children Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
