About the Role

Are you passionate about learning and development in the public sector? HOBAN is seeking a dynamic and skilled Capability Partner - Facilitator to join our team. This APS5-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys facilitating engaging learning experiences, and is committed to supporting the continuous improvement of frontline capability.

As a Capability Partner - Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering workplace education through various formats including in-person sessions, live online facilitation, and recorded modules. You'll guide learners through content, foster reflective practice, and ensure learning environments are inclusive, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning using artefacts across multiple delivery modes.
• Create supportive environments that encourage learner participation.
• Guide learners to connect theory with practice and promote critical thinking.
• Provide timely feedback and respond to learner queries.
• Use digital tools and the Learning Management System (LMS) effectively.
• Adapt facilitation styles to meet diverse learner needs.
• Maintain professional standards in content delivery and information management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning modules and practices.

Essential Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must be able to pass NDIS Worker Screening Check and Pre-Engagement Security Clearance
