HOBAN is seeking a reliable and conscientious team member to join our client in Northgate to assist with their warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values flexibility, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Hours & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday availability between 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Typical roster:
• Mon, Thurs, Fri: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Tues, Wed: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Hours will increase to up to 38 hours per week during the peak season
• Great for those seeking work-life balance with consistent daytime hours

About the Role

• Perform repetitive tasks across 4 key areas of warehouse operations
• Pick packing, dispatching, general store duties, and supporting team needs
• Use of stairs and standing for most of the day - must be comfortable in a physical warehouse setting
• Minor data entry and use of internal systems - basic computer literacy required

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly regarded
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks up to 20kgs
• Available to work on a Monday to Friday basis
