Hi Reach Forklift Operators - Day & Afternoon shifts available!

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking to join a flexible team in a busy warehouse environment? HOBAN, in collaboration with a renowned distribution partner, is currently seeking skilled Hi Reach Forklift Operators to join our operations in Melbourne's west.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload trucks using high-reach forklifts

• Accurately manage inbound and outbound freight

• Operate RF scanners for pick/pack tasks

• Conduct stock movements, cycle counts, and pallet control

• Ensure safe handling and storage of goods at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a high-volume warehouse

• Valid LF Forklift Licence

• Physically capable of manual handling duties

• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

• Reliable transport to and from site

• Great relationship builder with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• Solid understanding of OH&S practices
