About the role: You'll be supporting nursery operations which may include potting, plant maintenance, general labouring, and other hands-on duties. It's a physically active role that requires good stamina and a keen eye for detail.

• Have strong dexterity and enjoy practical, hands-on work
  
• Can stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks comfortably
  
• Enjoy spending time outdoors or in garden settings
  
• Are reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
