HOBAN is seeking experienced Yard Hand workers to join our clients' team in located in Moorebank, NSW. Our client is one of the world's largest automotive remarketing company, who have more than 130 remarketing facilities worldwide and a presence on every continent.

Shift Time: 8am-4pm

Duties of the role:

• Safely move vehicles around the yard and through auction lanes
• Maintain the organization of vehicles and ensure correct lot placement
• Assist with vehicle inspections and quality control
• Support the setup and operation of auction days
• Conduct basic checks (e.g. battery, tire pressure, fluid levels)
• Follow all safety protocols and yard procedures
• Report any damage or issues with vehicles
• Work closely with drivers, yard supervisors, and auction staff

About You:

• Valid driver's license (manual license preferred)
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Previous experience in a similar role (yard work, automotive, or logistics) is a plus, but not required
