Digital Merchandiser (Casual - Approx. 6 Months)

Are you a creative, digitally-savvy professional with experience in online merchandising and a passion for beauty? We're on the lookout for a Digital Merchandiser to join a high-performing team and help bring leading global brands to life online.

This is a casual, 6-month contract offering hybrid work arrangements, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to work across iconic names in the beauty space.

About the Role

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll play a key role in optimising the digital customer experience across multiple brand websites. Your day-to-day will include:

• Website Management & Optimisation
  Manage site content and functionality using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and third-party tools to enhance usability and performance.

• Campaign Execution
  Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional and brand campaigns. Includes landing page setup, content calendar management, A/B testing and troubleshooting.

• Data & Insights
  Analyse site traffic, sales performance and competitor activity. Use data to identify trends and make recommendations that drive growth and engagement.

• Online Merchandising
  Ensure all merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Creative Asset Management
  Brief and manage creative work with agencies and offshore teams. Edit and resize banners, images, and videos to meet technical and brand specs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in a similar B2C eCommerce or digital merchandising role

• Ideally, a background in retail, beauty, or FMCG

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) for editing digital assets

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative approach
