Are you an experienced Civil engineer with a passion for network infrastructure, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement? We are currently seeking a Reticulation Network Specialist to support and enhance the planning, design, and delivery of our water, wastewater, and recycled water networks.
In this key technical role, you'll contribute to high-quality and efficient service delivery through conceptual design work, compliance auditing, and the review of reticulation network augmentations and developments. You'll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, project management, asset planning and construction to ensure projects are safe, technically sound, and aligned to best-practice standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct design reviews and audits across water, wastewater, and recycled water networks
Ensure designs comply with technical standards, safety in design (SiD), and value-for-money principles
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally
Provide input into technical standards, process improvements, and innovation initiatives
Support consultant performance, QA requirements, and handle non-conformance issues
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or related discipline)
Experience in engineering design, review, and technical reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Understanding of water infrastructure standards and reticulation network design
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and infrastructure delivery (desirable)
Design and/or people management experience
