ASO2 Level Business Support Officer

An experienced Administrative Officer (ASO2) is required to support a Business Support team within a South Australian government department. This is a full-time temporary assignment offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
A current National Police Clearance is mandatory (to be provided if successful)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high volumes of work effectively
Quick to learn and able to adapt to new systems and processes
Comfortable with phone-based customer service
Previous experience in office administration (desirable)
Previous customer service experience (desirable)
Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting
Must be able to work across both CBD and Port Adelaide locations
