You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns, improving service offerings, and optimizing marketing platforms to ensure maximum performance and impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (email and SMS) through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support the enhancement of SFMC configuration with a focus on accessibility and performance.
- Analyse and monitor digital marketing products to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the service offering and digital marketing strategies.
- Design and code improved email templates for strategic and operational communications.
- Support the growth of SFMC publishing capabilities within the team.
- Manage audience segmentation and contribute to the expansion of digital marketing products.
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns, ensuring high volume sends (500k+) are deployed effectively.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in SFMC, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying high-volume campaigns (500k+ recipients).
- Proficiency in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics (CTR, open rates, conversions).
- Expertise in email development, including responsive design, HTML/CSS, and AMPScript.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail) is advantageous.
- A solid understanding of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Admin certification is highly regarded.
