APS 6 Senior Digital Media producer

Are you a creative leader with a passion for inclusive storytelling? We're seeking a skilled Senior Video Producer to lead the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on social media and accessibility.

About the Role

As Senior Video Producer, you'll manage the end-to-end production of engaging video content-from concept to delivery. You'll lead a small team, provide strategic and creative direction, and ensure all content meets accessibility standards and aligns with organisational values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of concurrent video projects
• Provide strategic advice on content creation and audience engagement
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and contractors
• Oversee technical production including filming, editing, motion graphics, and accessibility features
• Manage briefs, approvals, workflows, and reporting
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership in complex video projects, ideally in government or large organisations
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A contemporary attitude to disability and commitment to inclusive communication

Desirable

• Experience with animation, photography, and studio environments
• Qualifications in digital media, communications, or video production
• Experience producing accessible video content
