Remuneration: $602.55 Daily (excluding super)

About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled EL1 Business Analyst to join their team on a labour hire basis. This role is pivotal in delivering quality outcomes across the functions of the Organisation. You will be responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing and negotiating on behalf of the organisation, and actively contribute to the planning and coordination of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and documenting current business processes.
- Facilitating process design improvements through business and systems process analysis.
- Producing required analysis documentation and supporting the Product Owner.
- Leading the transition of business requirements to build teams for development.
- Supporting verification testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
About you:
- Proficiency in analysing and documenting current state versus future state process maps.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ability to undertake systems testing against defined acceptance criteria.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and technology teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Agile or Kanban.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.

Remuneration: $60.26ph excluding superannuation.
Location: Geelong or Richmond
About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced APS6 Business Analyst to join their team on a labour hire basis. This role involves undertaking complex work guided by legislation, policies, procedures, and standards. You will provide detailed technical, professional, policy, and operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing reports, interpreting data, and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
- Coordinating divisional and branch reporting requirements.
- Developing business functional requirements and resources.
- Designing and delivering workshops and communication resources.
- Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes.
About you:
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements into Epics and User Stories.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Skill in analysing data to identify trends and insights.
- Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines.
