🔹 APS 5 Provider Engagement Officer

What You'll Do:

• Lead engagement and education activities with service providers.
• Bring market insights to inform reform and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address provider challenges.
• Support sector development through resource creation and promotion.
• Contribute to correspondence, reports, and briefs.

• Understanding of systems and provider market.
• Desirable: Experience in relationship building and engagement.

🔸 APS 6 Provider Engagement Officer

What You'll Do:

• All APS 5 duties, with added leadership and strategic responsibilities.
• Lead project management and evaluation of engagement approaches.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Take a proactive role in risk management and governance.

• Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing people and complex relationships.
