HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of EL1 or APS6 level Digital Marketing Communications Specialist on behalf of our client, located in SURRY HILLS NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to lead high-profile campaigns that shape public understanding, improve accessibility, and deliver measurable results across national platforms.

About the Role:
As a key member of a dynamic marketing and communications team, you will:

• Lead and deliver strategic digital marketing campaigns, including email and SMS, aligned to agency priorities.
• Manage and optimise four subscriber-based newsletters.
• Drive the continuous improvement of digital marketing products, ensuring accessibility and audience engagement.
• Oversee campaign performance, leveraging data to inform strategy and execution.
• Coordinate marketing communications across multiple channels, ensuring effective audience segmentation and timing.
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Coach and build team capability, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive culture.

About You:
You will be an experienced digital marketing professional with:

• Demonstrated experience delivering and/or leading customer-focused marketing communications strategies.
• Proven expertise using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms to execute targeted campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong skills in campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• An ability to coach, support and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A sound understanding of digital accessibility standards and spam compliance.
• Experience working in government or a regulated service environment (desirable).
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related disciplines (preferred).
