HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of APS6 level Production Coordinator on behalf of our client, located in SYDNEY - various locations available.
About the Role
As an APS6 level Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating video and content production for a high-profile government program. You'll work closely with creative teams to manage production schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital media initiatives that inform and engage communities across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and scheduling for multi-format content production
- Manage shoot requirements, locations, and production resources
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for approvals, reviews, and feedback
- Oversee consent and accessibility documentation processes
- Maintain production records and assist with reporting
- Manage competing priorities across multiple content streams

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating video and/or animation production in a creative or agency setting
- Strong organisational and logistical skills, including managing schedules and resources
- High-level communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with production documentation, accessibility requirements, and consent protocols
- Government experience or knowledge of government communications processes (desirable)
Desirable:
- Experience with project management tools and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
