🛠️ Maintenance Road Worker - Keep WA Moving!

Location: Jandakot & Neerabup
Rate: $48/hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Shifts between 6am-6pm
Fortnightly Hours: 80 hours across 9 shifts, including 1 RDO every fortnight

🚧 About the Role

Join a dedicated team working to maintain and improve Western Australia's road network. As a Maintenance Road Worker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our roads are safe, functional, and well-presented for all road users.

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of tasks from minor construction to landscaping and traffic management support.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Road maintenance and minor construction (e.g. pothole repairs, gully replacements)
• Landscaping and vegetation management
• Installing and removing signage and guideposts
• Supporting traffic management operations
• Graffiti removal and general site clean-up
• Concreting and pipe laying
• Operating machinery such as bobcats and excavators

✅ What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• WA C-Class Driver's Licence
• Construction Induction White Card
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)
• Experience working in high-traffic environments
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
