Are you a detail-oriented administrator with hands-on warehouse experience? We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support smooth day-to-day operations.
About the Role
In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with our warehouse team to manage inventory data, maintain accurate records using RF scanning equipment, and ensure timely processing of orders and shipments. You'll be the go-to person for administrative support within the warehouse, playing a vital part in keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and troubleshoot RF scanning equipment
Accurately input and manage stock and order data in internal systems
Assist with inventory control, order tracking, and dispatch documentation
Liaise with warehouse and logistics staff to support daily operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
About You
Previous admin experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Confident using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Must have a National Police Check issued within 2 years)
Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
Strong attention to detail and time management
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
