Accounts Officer / Assistant

Hours: any 3 days a week, 8am or 9am starts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoices, payments, reconciliations, statements, queries)
- Prepare purchase orders, daily billing summaries, and customer invoices (including NZ)
- Post journals, bank transactions, receipts, and fixed assets
- Vendor creation and maintenance in the system
- Assist with GST preparation, audit/tax schedules, and monthly sales reports
About You:
- Previous experience across accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of SAP (accounting system) is required
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider finance team
