HOBAN is partnering with a respected national organisation preparing to deliver critical support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Pending client appointment, we are creating a talent pool of experienced Social Workers, Team Leaders, and a National Manager for a large-scale contact centre project based in Brisbane.

This vital service will provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.

We're seeking:

• Social Workers with experience in counselling and trauma support
• Team Leaders experienced in managing support-based call centres
• A National Manager to oversee the operation

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling
• 5+ years' relevant experience
• Cultural competence working with First Nations peoples
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and institutional abuse
• A commitment to community-led healing
