Customer Service Operator

HOBAN Recruitment are currently seeking expressions of interest for Customer Service Operators/Call Centre guns for ongoing opportunities across multiple National Contact Centres located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.
Your responsibilities:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound customer queries by phone
- Have a genuine passion for delivery of high-quality customer experience and a willingness to assist and resolve customer enquiries
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data real time into multiple systems
- Adheres to organisational processes and policies
- Have good quality and performance customer service results including attendance and adherence to roster
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment desirable but not essential
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and builds rapport easily
- Demonstrates high level of empathy when troubleshooting and problem solving
- Complaint resolution and Problem solving skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity and sense of urgency
- Ability to work towards and achieve targets
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
