About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email. You'll provide product guidance, troubleshoot issues, follow through on resolutions, and perform quality checks on submitted jobs. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and building strong client relationships through excellent service, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits.
In this role, you'll:
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide product guidance, technical support, and follow up to ensure successful resolutions.
- Conduct quality checks on submitted jobs, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Build lasting client relationships and support the Sales Team at industry events.
