What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a tight-knit team of driven consultants
• Managing and expanding an established client portfolio - including site visits and account strategy
• Driving business development and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions
• Maintaining high standards in candidate care, compliance, and service across temp and perm roles
• Collaborating closely with leadership to achieve team and individual KPIs

What you'll bring to the table:
Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment is essential

• At least 12 months' experience in a client-facing or account management recruitment role
• Strong experience recruiting for a temp desk
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience
• A solid track record of meeting KPIs and growing business
• Top-notch communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, energetic mindset with a genuine love for people and teamwork
