Inventory Controller

This position is all about accuracy, efficiency, and optimisation, ensuring inventory integrity across the warehouse network. You'll be responsible for stocktakes, cycle counts, SKU creation, space management, stock relocations, and much more! Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts and full stocktakes to maintain accuracy across all warehouse zones
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, providing insights and trend reports to management
* Maintain high levels of stock integrity through proactive auditing and system checks
* Create and manage SKU profiles in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring correct attributes and handling requirements
* Optimise space and stock placement by analysing heat maps and order patterns to improve warehouse flow
* Lead stock consolidations and relocations, ensuring efficient accessibility and pallet utilisation
* Provide inventory reports on accuracy, space usage, and stock movements, collaborating with warehouse supervisors to enhance operations

What You Bring to the Role:
* 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics inventory management
Strong understanding of WMS platforms and inventory control systems
* Proven ability to maintain accuracy, solve discrepancies, and optimise space
* Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Forklift licence desirable but not necessary
* Experience working with inventory data in Excel
* Strong communication and coordination skills for working across teams
