PM Shift Leader (Warehouse)

Based at our modern facility, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring late-shift productivity, order accuracy, and seamless handovers into the next day.


As our PM Shift Leader, you'll take charge of coordinating and guiding a small, focused team to ensure the smooth, accurate, and on-time flow of outbound orders during evening operations. You'll lead the late shift's core activities-including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch-while upholding safety, compliance, and system accuracy across all tasks.


Our client provides a comprehensive range of services, including warehousing, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage. The company collaborates with selected business partners to offer additional support in areas such as international freight services and customs consultancy

• Location: Kemps Creek NSW
• Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm
• Salary: Competitive with 15% shift loading!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a small team of 2-4 warehouse operators on the PM shift.
• Allocate and coordinate outbound order tasks (DXT, OTHER, ATC) to meet daily targets.
• Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and wrapping of customer orders.
• Finalise and close off all orders in the WMS before shift end-no carryovers.
• Ensure all freight is properly staged for dispatch and meets packaging standards.
• Communicate with customers around delivery requirements and special handling.
• Submit an end-of-shift report to the AM Supervisor, covering order status, any issues, and operational updates.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisor role, especially in outbound operations.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to order accuracy and timeliness.
• Hands-on experience using WMS platforms (SAP or equivalent) to scan, track, and confirm orders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and liaise with customers.
• A proactive mindset-ready to escalate delays and resolve discrepancies in real time.
