Warehouse Team Leader

Are you ready to take the next step in your warehousing career? HOBAN is working with a well-established Australian logistics provider to find a motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Eastern Creek.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid warehousing experience who's looking to step into a team leader role. You'll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse and play a key part in helping the team stay organised, productive, and safe.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse tasks like receiving, picking, and dispatch
• Guide and support a small team of operators and forklift drivers
• Help maintain accurate stock levels with regular checks and clear documentation
• Promote a strong safety culture by following WHS procedures and supporting toolbox talks
• Use warehouse systems to help track activities and report on key operations
• Pitch in with improvement ideas and support the Warehouse Manager as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience in warehouse operations (ideally in receiving, dispatch, or inventory)
• Some leadership or team coordination exposure (acting team lead, go-to person, etc.)
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems
• A strong work ethic, good communication, and a proactive attitude
