📍 Location: Muchea | 🕒 Full-Time | $70K + Overtime available

What You'll Do:

As an Equipment Inspector, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every piece of equipment is accurately appraised, staged, and ready to shine on auction day. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Conducting visual inspections of equipment - recording serial numbers, engine hours, transmission specs, and more.
✅ Assessing equipment condition for quality, damage, and functionality.
✅ Accurately recording inspection data in the app
✅ Collaborating closely with the Sales team to support equipment appraisals and inspections.
✅ Operating a variety of equipment safely around the yard.
✅ Preparing, staging, and organising equipment for auction day.
✅ Supporting buyers and internal teams during equipment pickup and loadout post-auction.
✅ Maintaining up-to-date equipment registers and movement tracking.
✅ Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient yard environment.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong eye for detail and some mechanical understanding.
✔ Comfortable using computer systems and mobile apps.
✔ A team player who can liaise across departments with ease.
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and physically capable of outdoor work in all conditions.
