We are exclusively seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected brand in the steel & metal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market share across Queensland.
【Key Responsibilities】
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across Queensland, expanding our market footprint in a competitive and evolving industry.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
- Execute strategic territory sales plans designed to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving growth and expanding company presence.
Account & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
- Proactively conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
Territory & Pipeline Management
- Manage a structured and efficient sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups, progress tracking, and consistent sales activity.
- Prioritize and plan sales visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups across your assigned territory to maximize client engagement and sales performance.
- Work closely with internal teams-including operations and support.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Keep a pulse on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential risks, emerging opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback from the field to contribute to marketing strategies, and future business development efforts.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progression.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and activity updates to the Sales Manager, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with team goals.
【Requirements】
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the industrial tools or related sectors - industrial tools manufacturer
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of industrial products and their applications.
- Based in Queensland with a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
