Warehouse Coordinator

HOBAN is proud to be recruiting for a long-standing client in the automotive, truck, and industrial paint industry. With over 30 years of success and continued growth, this thriving business is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

You'll be reporting to an inspiring Manager who is passionate about team development and operational excellence.

A day will look like:

• Mixing automotive and industrial paint to meet customer specifications
• Picking, packing, and delivering orders with accuracy and care
• Booking freight and receiving stock efficiently
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
• Supporting sales and customer service teams with product availability and logistics
• Assisting customers via phone and email with professionalism and product knowledge
• Processing sales and updating systems to ensure smooth transactions
• Supporting the Store Manager and stepping up when required

To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savviness and confidence using computers
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the automotive or industrial paint industry
• A current driver's licence
• A forklift licence is preferred - but training can be provided for the right candidate!
