About the role: Local Council is seeking a self-motivated Administration Officer to join the Support Team in Traffic Management Department !

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Traffic Management Department
- Manage and maintain records using TRIM
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Perform general office duties as required
About you:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Ideal experience using TRIM or similar records management systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field
