We are looking for a Workforce Management Support Officer to optimise rostering practices and support Disability Services and Youth Justice Services. Your expertise in systems like UKG Pro Workforce Management and a knack for stakeholder collaboration will be key to success in this role.
About the Role
As a Workforce Management Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of rostering tools and processes while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Duration: initial 3-month contract
Successful candidate needs to be available over Christmas and New Years excluding Public Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support effective rostering practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with UKG Pro system administration, including template and workload adjustments.
- Address and resolve issues related to the rostering system, providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Perform data audits, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Test new system features and contribute to implementing updates.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team morale by participating in activities and supporting colleagues.
About You

- Proven administrative experience, including excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and developing effective solutions.
- Strong time management abilities to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g., UKG Pro) and understanding of rostering and workforce planning.
