APS6 Program Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role within the Scheme Platforms Delivery Directorate, providing hands-on project and administrative support throughout the software development lifecycle, particularly for Salesforce platforms. Your work will directly contribute to delivering technology-enabled business services that improve the experience of NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate project planning, secretariat activities, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams
Develop project schedules balancing technical dependencies, business requirements, and priorities
Track project activities using TSD's project management tools, maintaining plans, risks, issues, and decisions registers
Prepare and publish weekly status reports and assist with program strategies
Provide senior-level administrative and project management support
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and impacted functions
Organise project meetings, workshops, and facilitate team meetings, including managing the team Kanban board
Maintain project documentation and safeguard program processes
Act as a communication link between teams and other Scheme stakeholders
Essential Criteria
✔ Proven experience in program or project coordination, secretariat support, and project documentation
✔ Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
✔ Hands-on project management experience
✔ Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for these positions
Desirable Criteria
➕ Experience in project environments, PMO, or business administration
➕ Competency in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
➕ Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving ways of working
➕ Interest or experience in accessible design and development will be highly regarded
