About the Role
As a Plan Room Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality data entry and record management for planning-related documentation. You will work with a dynamic and collaborative team to support the efficient delivery of planning services to internal and external stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative, computer, and communication skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer data accurately and efficiently from source documents
- Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare it for computer entry
- Review data for errors or deficiencies and resolve data incompatibilities
- Prepare and sort documents for data input and maintain electronic records
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Interpret planning-related legislation and technical drawings
- Adhere to disciplined record and data management procedures
- Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to team objectives

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
- Full working rights in Australia
