We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AO3 Equivalent Business Support Officer to join the Housing Work Order Management team within a State Government agency. This role supports critical housing operations across the Cannon Hill regional office.
Role Details

- Rate: AO3 equivalent + superannuation
About the Role
This role supports the creation and management of housing work orders in Ellipse, requiring exceptional data accuracy and strong administrative skills. You will collaborate with operational staff and contribute to timely service delivery across the housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Work Orders in Ellipse with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage shared inboxes and correspondence via Microsoft Outlook
- Perform data entry, collation, and interpretation using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with financial administration tasks and reporting
- Liaise with operational staff and supervisors to ensure smooth work order processing
- Support continuous improvement in workflow and service standards
